Out on another long run yesterday this time through the heartland of Strathnairn up beyond Errogie to the village of Farr. This area is is on a kind of plateau 700ft above Loch Ness and winter certainly hangs on longer here, but yesterday it was a warm 15C, with clear blue skies and absolutely beautiful. The roads are always quiet and I'm able to enjoy the scenery. Close to a place called Brin Rock I stopped by a small river and clearly there in the sand were the tracks of an otter. Must investigate more....
